Casablanca is the larger of the two available houses, and the more modern. A three-bedroom detached house, located in the upper part of the village, it is bright and open. With a total of three terraces, Casablanca shows breathtaking views of the surrounding villages and mountains and the terracotta rooftops of Genalguacil. As well as being modern and comfortable, Casablanca is decorated with many paintings by local artists and has creative touches, such as Moorish arches and a terrace garden. Casablanca also includes comforts such as use of a washing machine, National T.V., supplied linens and towels and ceramic-glazed tiles throughout the house for easy maintenance. The house comprises two-storys of living space, as well as a street level entrance and storage garage. Just outside the front door is a parking space for visitors of Casablanca. The first floor includes the lounge, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and a covered sun terrace. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own terrace, one sun and one shade. Casablanca can sleep up to six people. Please note that additional cots are not provided. All rooms are fully furnished and all furniture is matching varnished pine. All beds are constructed with flexible wood strut bases and high quality mattresses for your comfort.
